Khaki uniform jacket of Charles Foulkes, with General insignia and ribbon bars. The buttons have the crossed sabre and baton on them. There are five rows of ribbon bars on the left chest. From top to bottom and left to right: Row 1: Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Distinguished Service Order. Row 2: 1939-1945 Star, Italy Star, France and Germany Star, Defence Medal Row 3: Canadian Volunteer Service Medal (with a maple leaf clasp to indicate service overseas), War Medal 1939-1945 (with a bronze oak leaf to indicate Mentioned in Despatches), Queen Elizabeth Coronation Medal 1953, Canadian Forces Decoration (with a rosette), Order of the Saints Maurice and Lazarus [?] Row 4: Order of George I of Greece (with Grand Cross rosette), French Legion of Honour (with Grand Cross rosette), Legion of Merit (USA), Military Order of Italy (with two stars to indicate Grand Officer).
