Water bottle and carrier A: Water bottle Oblong cylindrical water bottle with cork stopper on the top. Neck of bottle is blue. Container part of the bottle is covered in grey-green wool material, sewn together on the bottle with whip stitches. Wool covering on the bottle is felted together at the top seam under the carrier strap. B: Water bottle carrier Skeleton style harness to hold the water bottle and attach to the webbing braces or waistbelt. Long strips of webbing wrap down the sides and cross along the bottom of the water bottle; strip on the wide sides of the bottle wraps over the top and snaps together at the ends with a metal snap. Horizontal strip goes around the circumference of the bottle to secure it in place. |
