9 buttons of varying sizes. All buttons have a loop on the back. Each button has the VRI symbol with the St. Edward's crown above it. All of the buttons have a flower on either side of "VRI" except for the two smallest buttons (H,I). A: The largest of the buttons, brass, "GAUNT LONDON" B-C: Slightly smaller than A button, silver, "MADE IN ENGLAND" "MONTREAL" D-E: Smaller than BC buttons, silver with some gold left over on the front and a gold back, showing that the buttons used to be gold, "MADE IN ENGLAND" "GAUNT MONTREAL" F-G: Smaller than DE buttons, Silver, remains of gold plating showing that the buttons used to be gold H-I: Smallest buttons, gold ; H: "GAUNT LONDON ENG" ; I: "PITT & Co LTD LONDON" |
