Rectangular wooden plaque with a brown and gold gilt engraving plate. The plaque describes the opening of the Lieutenant Frederick W. Campbell, VC Barracks in 1995. Further engraved description recognizes Lt.Col. F.M. Vine, CD for opening the barracks, and awards it posthumously for action in Givenchy, France in 1915. At the bottom, the names of the firms that designed and constructed the plaque are also engraved. The opening date and 1915 award information are engraved in both English and French. |
