Description |
Royal blue leather bomber-style hockey jacket with yellow detailing. The jacket is secured with seven yellow painted metal snap buttons and the inside is made of a black canvas fabric. The jacket is from the CLFE Senior League in 1969-1970. On the front of the jacket there is a short collar and yellow leather stripes on each side extending vertically from the shoulder to the armpit. Two side waist pockets are also welted with yellow leather. There are three patches, one on the left breast and one on each upper sleeve. The breast pocket is a circle with a royal blue centre and an outer yellow ring. The yellow ring reads, "CLFE Senior" and under it, a black and yellow embroidered hockey player is located within the royal blue centre. Below the circle, a rectangular patch reads, "League 1969-1970." The left sleeve patch consists of two yellow hockey sticks crossed at the handle behind a yellow hockey puck that reads, "4 MGR." in royal blue lettering. The right sleeve patch consists of two red and white canadian flags positioned with poles crossed. The cuffs are secured with a single yellow snap button and are lined with a lighter blue cotton material. A tag at the collar reads "Athletic Wear Co. Ltd. 546 Main St. Winnipeg 2-Manitoba." |
