A large black and white photograph showing the open door of an airplane with three men before it. Two of the men are wearing static line parachutes. The man in the centre has his back to the photographer and is reaching for the man to the right's static line hook. The man to the right has his left hand up and is sliding the hook along the anchor line. The man on the left is holding the static line attached to the middle man's parachute. The back of the photograph has the text "GIFFIN S.R. M/CPL." stamped across it five times - once on each edge and once in the middle. It is presumed Giffin is in the photo, although it is unknown if he is the middle or right man. |
